When Emily Adams Bode founded her eponymous label, Bode (pronounced Boh
-dee), she did so with the intention of expressing a sentimentality for the past through her creations. The Embroidered Denim Jacket is based on a vintage denim smock of Emily's. The original smock was from the 1970s
-1980s and was embroidered with a white geometric pattern and a red monogram. We reproduced the embroidery along the hem, collar, and sleeves of this jacket, which is cut in a classic workwear silhouette. The jacket is monogrammed with Bode and trimmed with oversized red buttons.
